It looks like your first two table rules are restricting your own access, hence the message that you don’t have full document access.
For accessing document usage specifically, I don’t see a problem with making an exception for document owners. We’ll look into relaxing the restriction.

Configurações and Riscos Grau? Yeah, those tables are supposed to be read only. Not sure why we made them that way. It’s even possible it was with the help of the community here.
I guess I could make some of them RAW DATA instead and then remove restrictions?
