How to send an alert when a column value changes

To send an alert when “Status” changes to “Done,” I read that I need to use a Grist Automation with a conditional trigger.

However, there is no Automation tool in the Grist toolbox, even for items I own (https://grist.numerique.gouv.fr/).

Hello Bruno,

Automations are part of the full Grist version, but the Grist instance in LaSuite (at https://grist.numerique.gouv.fr/) isn’t currently using the full version but the “core” version. That’s why Automations are not currently available there. There is a mutual effort to upgrade LaSuite to use full Grist and make all features available. So I hope you’ll be able to use it soon!

Bonjour Bruno, si vous êtes un agent du MEN, la DNE met à disposition des accès à n8n, qui permet de réaliser des automatisations avec l’API de Grist.
