Activation key request

Hello grist team !

I have requested an activation key for a self-hosted grist 2 days ago, but I had no answer nor automatic receipt. Can you tell if is normal? Do you deal with it manually ?

Hi, yes we’re processing these manually at the moment. I can confirm, however, that your request has been received, though I’m not the one reviewing these so I can’t give you a firm ETA.

Thanks for your answer. I have received an answer right after… just to understand that as I use grist self-hosted with Yunohost I don’t have Enterprise version :expressionless_face:
