Change the color of the choices in a choice list

Currently, all choices appear with black text on a grey background

Can we change this?

The color dropdown didn’t shows when I click it,why?

I clicked countless times. Later on, I noticed that every time I clicked, the Chinese character input prompt box would flash. I think the problem lies here. After turning off Chinese character input, a color selection box would pop up. Pit. Thank you.我是一个中国人，英语说不好。电脑翻译了一下。多谢
