How can I remove or modify row 3?
As I understand this (barely–given its overwhelming complexity) the rules take precedence in order so that row 1 overrules row 3.
But, it seems more complex than needed: why can’t I modify or delete row 3? That would be cleaner as there would be one row for each user role. Much clearer to interpret and to set up.
