Document ".grist" = 390 mb. Excel file, only 2mb. Can someone explain this?

I have a document that downloaded with history, is 440 mb.
Without history it is 390 mb
Raw Data stats say 9 mb
And downloaded as Excel, only 2mb!!!

Can someone Explain me how Raw Data calculates document Data stats?

And what Rest API command can I use to fastly get Document total Data usage and usage per table?

Do you store attachments in your document? That might be it.

That’s so obvious and I am so ashamed I might just jump from the window. Fortunatelly, I am on the first floor.

ok, so forget the idiotic question about the .grist files. I still can´t see what table is 9mb, considering the excel file is 2mb.

I think I understand why I ignored the attachments. It’s 1gb attachment limit. But I was reading it as 10mb (same as data size). So it showed 0.3 and I was reading like 0.3 of 10mb I think, so in no way in my head there was reason for 300mb of file size.
