If I create a reference column Assigned to, how do you select Users in your Grist document to reference?
There’s no existing table in the document itself, but you can use user attributes for access rules. Otherwise you’d just add members as normal data. The full edition of Grist also has Admin Controls with user tables, but just for administration and only for the installation administrator.
Hm… I think this might be an area that could use an enhancement. Airtable has a user lookup field so having to create a separate table for data that already exists seems like it adds unnecessary maintenance.
