I need to temporarily block an entire document to editing to all users except one.
All users in the document have NONE set as Inherited Access. Maybe I can set inherited access as VIEWING?
Or would it be faster and safer to go here and split OWNER and EDITOR, and then temporarily change EDITOR to only have viewing access? Is it possible to create a 4th User Category aside OWNER, EDITOR and VIEWER?
The ONE user that should be able to edit stuff while all others will only be able to see… don´t want him as OWNER.
