Feature-request: Lock Cell Height Regardless of Content

It would be GAME-CHANGING for me if Grist had an option to keep the height of a cell fixed, regardless of the amount of text inside it. This would prevent the cell from expanding vertically as more text is added.

Thanks for the feedback. This is definitely something we would like to improve as it has come up a few times.
