How do I filter by a numerical column, for both a maximum value and blank value?

For max value, what you could do is sort columns so that max value shows up first.
As for blank values, you can filter out blank values by deselecting them in the filter data menu. Please see the below screenshot to see what I am referring to.
Let me know if this doesn’t solve the problem of if I am understanding the question correctly.
