How to refresh a table after changing some column values in .grist file from external application

I changed some values in one of the sqlite table with DB Browser for SQLite. Changed values are visible only after I restart server.
Is there a way , to refresh table from frontend.

I already figured it out myself.
In advanced settings, mark table "“On-Demand” and then reload browser page.

Stil is there a programatic solution ?

Unfortunately, there is no reload button in grist-electron
