How to use a Reference List value which is not in dropdown condition?

I want to limit values that shown in dropdowns but I also want to be able to use other values in some cases. It works just fine with References, but not with Reference Lists. Is it possible?

Hi @decentralizuj ,

It is not possible to add anything by typing into the reference list column in this scenario. You can copy/paste from another reference or reference list column.

You didn’t carefully read my question. I know how to apply dropdown conditions on a reference list. I want to use value which is not in dropdown condition.
