How to use API to duplicate a table?

Hi, we want to make duplicates of existing tables including all of their rules and setups. This is nicely possible via UI using the Raw Data Tables page / by Duplicate Table command. In this use case we don’t want the actual data to be duplicated so we delete it manually after the Duplicate Table command.

Is it possible to replicate all via current API or should we convert this to a feature request so that API would also cover the ‘Raw Data Table Duplicate’ command and even with option to include or exclude the actual data?
