Need help with a timer formula

I’ve got a job timer with a StartTime field, an Amount field and an EndTime field. Start and stop are determined by a dedicated button for each.
I would like the Amount field to be updated each second with (CurrentTime - StartTime) * HourlyWage
I’ve been able to do formulas, but not sure how to have a field keep updating

Is this even possible?
I can’t imagine little ol’ me coming up with something Grist can’t do!
