Password for single user install

I see that I can pass env variable GRIST_DEFAULT_EMAIL=my@email to create an install for a user, but I do not see a corresponding GRIST_DEFAULT_PASSWORD to set a password for this user.
When I try to login, it simply takes me to “logged in user”. This way anyone can login to my account. Is there a way to setup a password (without an ID provider).

Hi @Ravi_Kapoor.

There currently isn’t a way to configure authentication without an external identity provider. We support both SAML and ForwardAuth, so any identity provider that supports either of those should work with Grist (e.g. Auth0, Authentik).

Hello, there’s still no simple method to make users and give them passwords?
Regards.
