Referenced columns

Hi everyone!

I’m wondering if it would be possible: to have a reference column that shows one column, on click, but be filled with the value of another one.

For example:

The column “usedTo” is showing a column “usedTo” from a referenced table. Perfect. However, what would I like is when I select “anormalidades” the value would be the “UUID” of the referenced table, not the value of the “usedTo” shown.

Was I clear? I hope so!

Not possible for now, but there is a related issue : Python formula to filter dropdown in reference columns · Issue #300 · gristlabs/grist-core · GitHub.
Meanwhile, you’ll have to define another column with $usedTo.UUID.
