Templates source on self hosted instance

Hello
Is it possible to load templates on self hosted instance fromgirst public url ?
I tried to set GRIST_TEMPLATE_ORG as
url (https://docs.getgrist.com), domain (docs.getgrist.com), but the result is always:

  • warn: client error event=Failed to load templates, docId=undefined.

Hi @Adam_Obuchowski.

I’m afraid not. Browsers enforce same-origin policy, so your self-managed instance won’t be able to access resources from a different origin (getgrist.com).

Any way to get all these templates to selfhosted instance other than downloading and importing one by one ?

Is it really not possible to ‘directly’ load and use templates in Grist-Core?
