I have a lot of spreadsheets I import that had checkboxes, when I export them as CSV and import them is there a way when I change the type to Toggle that they are either checked or unchecked?

Glad you were able to resolve this! Adding the answer here for anyone trying to do the same thing -
If you have a column of true and false values, you can convert the column to a toggle type column. Then, you have the option to change the cell format to either TextBox (showing true/false), Switch, or CheckBox.
